It will be held at the Shane Cole memorial park in Nokomis. I was thinking of starting around noon. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.

Events:
dryer carry
logpress for reps
keg toss for distance
18" deadlift for reps
tractor weight hold for time
This is equipment I have around the house and it is easy for me to transport. If I can find more fun stuff I will add it. If you want to bring fun stuff bring it.

Sounds great. I'll bring a stopwatch & the tractor weights. I assume Matt's family will be taking care of the food & stuff. I also think Mindy said they will have T-shirts available. I will contact Scott England from WAND News to see if they want to cover it again.

Since I was unable to make it last year....I will be forcing myself to compete this year. Consider it my "temporary" coming out of retirement for strongman  .It will be rather humiliating hearing shit from Wayne and Roger as they watch my weak ass stumble through grueling and torturous events.....but its for a great cause. Looking forward to it.

Adam I am trying to get a 400-500lb tire for a medley but it has to already be in Noko. I only have so much room in my truck to get everything there and only plan to make one trip.
Engleberg no worry about being weak. i think that is one event I will domminate you in. I have pretty much done nothing since the last event. I was weak and out of shape then should be worse this year

Wayne, what are the specific weights for each event? Im actually going to be looking forward to hurting myself for this

Events:
dryer carry = weight of one dryer
logpress for reps 165-170 range
keg toss for distance 100lbs
18" deadlift for reps 350 or so
tractor weight hold for time not sure.
if we do the tire it is only 385
